I aspire to learn as much as I can about the creative industry. I also aspire to organise art events that have the ability to touch people's hearts.

To achieve my aspirations, it is important to acquire experience in different kind of job scopes such as marketing, budget, front-of-house and so on, which can be attained through volunteering and working for a variety of events. This will allow me to pick up a broad range of skills such as being able to communicate to different types of people.

Ultimately, in the next three years, these skills will assist me in various aspects such as events management, artist liaison, arts engagement and outreach.
